I don't know a whole lot about this sort of competition but it looks like fun. I wonder how well I could do with the diesel. I think I could hang with the best of them, especially if I could lay out the course. What do y'all think?

i think you would do better at rallycross then autocross. plus trucks have to be lowered. i think if it was a corvette club autocross event you would do great and hang with everyone. maybe even a porche club event.

I think that you would do great. You could just run right over the cones and not knock them down. You wouldn't lose any points so you could win every time.

I think it long size would make steering through the tight corners a little difficult, but as said before the added height will allow you to just run over the cones.

LOL there use to be a few trucks that raced in the delta region. One in paticular i remember was Jimmy's tacoma that was always in the top 5. It was set up to run autox's I can't remember his class csp or bsp but that truck was bad ass!
I remember a few s10's and even a Cadillac Escalade that ran at different events. The s10's were the "extreme" versions. one even had a homemade tubo that did massive peg leg burnouts when the turbo spooled up. The Escalade i'm sure would have flipped if not for the stability control. Scott wanted to bring out one of his Hearst to an event and I was going to run it. Now that would have been something to see.

There were 2 trucks that ran at the rallyX event in Jan. An F350 and a Dodge Viper Truck. They were run to watch but slow. The F350 even ripped off his exhaust after the Catalytic converter. The viper Truck just spun the crap out of his tires. I beat them in my malibu.
