OK I forgot to post this event but this was the TLAC event that was on 10/9
I finished 24 out of 64 cars in raw times. No i wasn't in the Malibu or the Camaro I was driving my buddy's Factory 5 Cobra Kit with a stroked out 302 (331 i think) with more than enough hp to smoke all the cars that were entered in a 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 mile! well maybe not the C6 Z06?!?!
How did i do in class?

I beat my buddy in his own car by 0.637 seconds.
Here's a pic of my new ride for 2012!! We will run his car next year! Oh and if your wondering Cobra's don't handle that well too much weight bias to the rear! I think i could have beat him in my Camaro at this event lol...

It sounds soo bad ass too!
He put in some wilwood brakes about 2 years ago and when he was testing them spun out and almost wnet swiming in a bayou. He put in ABS in the car.
Now he is getting tired of the manual steering rack and is thinking about putting in a power rack.
FYI the current color of his Factory 5 (he won't call it a cobra) is primer gray. He does not know what color to paint. I told him to go with traditional Blue w/ White Strips

Madforce - my buddy's Factory 5 Cobra is a fun drive but it wore me out.
    .
Cajun - I'm going to try to make it but I am doing some background work for GI Joe II the week before.
    .
Yurview - As long as i have a strip of payment to play with... or you stop traffic on the street...:)

Hey, you may be on to something there. I'd get the jubilee in top working order for that.

Never driven a cobra in real life, but on GT5 that car is seriously insane if you have to do anything besides go in a straight line. Even then, it just smokes the tires down to the rims lol.
